Seats at new Beira-Rio defined
Data: 21/03/2013
The company Nöra Bluecube has been selected as the official supplier of new seats for the modern Beira-Rio stadium. Cutting-edge technology and design, in addition to international experience in the provision of seats for the world’s leading stadiums - including the London Olympic Stadium (2012 Olympic Games), Soccer City in Johannesburg (2010 FIFA World Cup Final), Kiev Olympic Stadium (2012 Euro Cup final), Wembley Stadium, Olympic Velodrome (2012 Olympic Games), American Express Stadium and Olympic National Sports Complex, among others, as well as national stadiums, such as Estádio do Castelão (2014 World Cup headquarters in Ceara) and Morumbi Stadium (SP) – offer the guarantee that the seats provided in Gigante are sure to comply with the highest quality standards.
Seats will have same technology as used at Soccer City, in Johannesburg
The chairs – colored red – for the Inter model are manufactured in high impact polypropylene and polyamide, with fiberglass reinforcement, using a gas injection system, resulting in a seat extremely resistant to impact. They will include automated folding devices, with an integrated spring to ensure perfect alignment. Furthermore, they will be provided with VO fire retardants and UV protection – even in the seat and row numbering – all integrated into the design.
Definition of the seats is one of the most important phases of the Beira-Rio modernization project as, if the pitch is the stage for the players, the grandstands are the stage for the supports and, without doubt, will play a leading role in Internacional’s matches, as with those for the World Cup and the varied sporting events the Stadium will play host to.
